受伤了，好慌。。
我该怎么办？？手腕受伤了。。已经有1个礼拜了。好烦哦。我已经发现到了我的东西开始往下跌了。而且每次练习都没有心情。我真的不能让我的东西往下滑。我死都不可以！！
